Cookaro Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Cookaro.com, we are committed to providing high-quality services that meet your needs and exceed your expectations. However, we understand that plans may change, and cancellations or refunds might be necessary. This policy outlines the circumstances under which you can request a refund or cancel a booking made through the Cookaro mobile app or website.


Cancellations

  1. Before Provider Acceptance
    You can cancel any booking free of charge until the service provider accepts it.
    • To cancel, open the Cookaro Customer App, navigate to your booking details, and tap “Cancel Booking.”
    • If you cancel before the provider accepts your booking, you will receive a full refund of any service fee paid for advance bookings.
  2. Provider Unavailability
    In the rare event that a provider is unable to fulfill your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, the provider can decline the service.
  3. Rescheduling Appointments
    We will work with you to find a new appointment time that suits your needs.
  4. Full Refund on Cancellation
    No cancellation fee will be applied for advance booking services if canceled according to the above rules.

Refunds

  • Refunds for eligible bookings will be processed into your Cookaro wallet if the service is based on advance bookings.
  • Situations not eligible for a full refund include:
    1. You cancel your booking after the provider has accepted it.
    2. You are not satisfied with the quality of service, but the provider completed the service as described in the app.
    3. Minor inconveniences or delays experienced during the service.
    4. Changes requested to the scope of the service after the provider has arrived, which may result in additional charges.
